Euro Ticket

Reconditioning Cycle

Introduction

Schütz Werke of Germany have for many years been regarded throughout the packaging industry as the leading innovator of new products combined with the strictest ecological considerations.

In 1994, ahead of all other IBC manufacturers, Schütz introduced a European wide “EURO-TICKET system” for the collection of empty IBC's - no longer would a Schütz IBC user be left with unwanted packaging on his hands.

Since the 1994 introduction much has changed. The Euro-ticket system has grown to include Scandinavia and the USA. The now re-named “EURO-TICKET/NORTH AMERICAN TICKET” is providing Schütz customers with the most comprehensive and efficient IBC collection service available.

Whether you are a current Schütz customer or a prospective Schütz customer we ask that you familiarise yourself with details of how this collection service works, so that you can get the best out of your relationship with the Schütz organisation.

What is EURO-TICKET!

EURO-TICKET guarantees the disposal of all IBC's. It also enables the user to have a refurbished container at 90% of cost of a new IBC. This includes a new bottle replacement of all parts which have been in contact with the product, such as caps and valves.

How does it work?

Every Schütz IBC covered under the ticket scheme will have, locked into a specially designed pocket on the IBC identification plate EURO-TICKET. This is easily access and clearly visible.

Once the IBC has been used and fully emptied, the user removes the ticket from the pocket and fills in the details required (although every IBC has a ticket only one ticket is required for multiple IBC's) Once all the details have been filled in the user faxes the ticket to appropriate Schütz data location:
For UK fax number 01909 478864
For Europe - fax number: 49 + 2626-77307

Once these details are received at the appropriate location, transport is then organised to collect the redundant IBC's within the next 30 working days.

What does it Cost?

Nothing!

Throughout most of Europe, even the collection of IBCs is free.

Finland and Scandinavia there are some charges, but they are minimal.

Who Benefits?
