The SCHUTZ ECOBULK LX is a multitrip IBC which is
easy to recondition. It utilises the SCHUTZ Module System where
individual parts can be simply exchanged.
The top of the LX style
is attached by screw-bolts allowing rapid removal of the inner bottle
for refurbishment.
The SCHUTZ ECOBULK LX offers the greatest possible volume in the minimum
of space. This compact container system provides the best solution for
the transport and storage of goods with specific weight up to 1.2.

Full description:
Inner
container:
• High molecular weight, high density polyethylene (HMWHDPE),
extrusion blow moulded, especially shaped to ensure complete discharge
of contents.
Outer
container:
• Rigid, welded galvanised tubular steel grid, with a permanently
fixed identification plate and EURO-TICKET pouch. Screw bolted crossbars
on top.
Pallet:
• Timber pallet, 4 way entry.
Filling
opening:
• DN 150 with screw cap and ‘0-ring seal. Optional alternative
— additional 2" BSP threaded ventilating plug. Opening DN 225 on
request.
Discharge
valve:
• Protectively placed integrated butterfly valve DN 50 with outlet
sealed by aluminium-lined PE-foil, closed by ‘0-ring, PE-disk and
screw cap.
