ECOBULK Feeder System

The SCHÜTZ Ecobulk feeder system has been developed to assist clients who wish to provide a continuous supply of product to a production line and to reduce the risk of allowing air to enter pumping systems whilst in operation

The feeder or base container holds 1250 litres of product, which is permanently sited at the point of dispensing. When this container has emptied down to the last 200 litres, a full SCHÜTZ MX1000 or MX820 litre capacity container is placed above the feeder container and allowed to decant into the bottom container- only when the bottom container has reached a level of 200 litres is the top container allowed to decant into the base unit

To decant into the bottom container whilst still full will result in over pressurisation and possible spillage may occur. This will result in product loss and damage to the feeder bottle and frame

The feeder or base container does have the facility to have a low level alarm fitted. There are 2 X 2” BSP top fittings to accommodate this, this can be of a simple switch design or the more sophisticated ultra sonic type can be used (Customer own supply),

The feeder system is designed to handle the

SCHÜTZ range of IBCs only and can handle products up to and including a specific gravity of 1.9. The feeder frame has a safe working load of 2 tonnes, and should be bolted down prior to use.
