CYLINDRICAL multi-trip IBC's

For liquid foodstuffs and chemicals.

The guiding principle of this design is simplicity of cleaning - both inside and out. Thanks to its cylindrical construction, the container is even suitable for demanding mixer applications. UN Certification is available where required - even up to a density 2.6 on certain models. Finncont CYLINDRICAL IBCs provide a safe, economic and durable solution which is demonstrated by the original designs which have now been in continuous use for over 20 years. Efficiency in use is first class because the need to maintain fittings and body structures is minimal, whilst the necessary servicing is easy to carry out.

Technology:

• Gradient of the IBC base is selected in relation to the product being transported, e.g. from 15° to 60°.
• Materials of the container depend upon the application and the product being transported, e.g. Stainless steel (Aisi 304 or Aisi 316) or mild steel (painted).
• Materials for the pallet base are usually stainless steel (Aisi 304) or hot dip galvanised mild steel.

Manhole alternatives:

• 6 swing bolts, DN 400 - UN approved.
• Clamp ring, DN 400 - UN approved.
• Quick fastener, DN 400.
• Clamp ring, DN 460 - UN approved.

Valves and fittings:

A comprehensive range of valves and fittings are stocked to allow choice depending on product requirements and customer preference.

Seal materials:

* A wide range of seal materials are now available, e.g. EPDM, Nitrile, Viton, PTFE, etc. It is important for the client to consider their choice of seal material carefully before ordering. Assistance is available if required.

Handling:

With forklift from any side.
• With pallet truck from any side.
• With crane from four corners.
• Up to three full containers can be stacked on a flat level surface - 2 on 1.
