COMPACT multi-trip IBC's

For liquid foodstuffs and chemicals.

The guiding principle of this design is user-friendliness. Thanks to the low structure, the fittings on the top surface are easily accessible. The use of space has been maximised; you'll save both in transport and storage cost. The centre of gravity is extremely low, making the container much safer to handle.

UN Certification is available where required - even up to a density of 2.6 on certain models. The IBC is easy to clean internally and externally. Finncont COMPACT IBCs provide an economic and durable solution which is demonstrated by the original ones which have now been in continuous use for over 20 years. Efficiency in use is first class because the need to maintain the fittings and body structures is minimal, whilst the necessary servicing is easy to carry out. Dimensions comply with international standards and are compatible with other products on the market.

Technology:

• The IBC base gradient is selected in relation to the product being transported, (10°, 30° or 45° )
 Material of construction depends
upon the application and the product being transported, this can be Aluminium, mild steel (painted), or stainless steel (Aisi 304 or Aisi 316).
• Materials for the pallet base are usually stainless steel (Aisi 304) or hot dip galvanised mild steel.

Manhole alternatives:

•  6 swing bolts, DN 400 - UN approved.
• Clamp ring, DN 400 - UN approved.
• Quick fastener, DN 400.
• Clamp ring, DN 460 - UN approved.

Valves and fittings:

• A comprehensive range of valves and fittings are stocked to allow choice depending on product requirements and customer preference.

Seal materials:

•  A wide range of seal materials are now available, e.g. EPDM, Nitrile, Viton, PTFE, etc. It is important for the client to consider their choice of seal material carefully before ordering. Assistance is available if required.

Handling:

• With forklift from any side.
• With pallet truck from any side.
• With crane from four corners.
• Up to four full containers can be stacked on a flat level surface - 3 on 1.
